THE COLLEGE OF THE NORTH ATLANTIC (CNA-Q), DOHA, QATAR
In 2001 the College of the North Atlantic (CNA-Q) in Newfoundland, Canada, entered into a 10 year agreement with the State of Qatar to develop a comprehensive College of Technology.
The College’s campus consists of more than 75,000 square meters in 21 buildings, all linked by courtyards and walkways. It’s designed to hold 3000 students, and features state of the art computer systems, industrial workshops and laboratories. Each programme area, including Engineering Technology, Health Sciences, Information Technology, Business and a Security Academy, have dedicated buildings to accommodate their own specialty shops, labs and equipment.

EduTeq’s Services to CNA-Q
During the period 2003 – 2005, EduTeq and their strategic partners were responsible for:

Engineering: Machinist, including CNC machines, didactic training equipment and consumables / raw materials
Health Sciences: including Laboratories for Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Microbiology, Paramedics, Environmental Health, Respiration and Resuscitation
Millwrighting: for rotational machines, gearboxes, hydraulics, pumps, and engineering principles
Welding: MIG, TIG, carbon arc, Oxyacetylene gas, plasma cutting, sheet metals, spot welding, and associated treatments
This project and the supporting turnkey contracts illustrate many of the integrated added-value services that EduTeq offer. This unique client/vendor partnership has resulted in the delivery of state of art facilities, housing cutting edge equipment, all delivered on schedule and in budget.
